1. Introduction

Perceptium GmbH ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website perceptium.ch or engage with our consulting services.

We are headquartered in Wollerau, Switzerland, and comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Contact us via email
  • Request information about our services
  • Participate in surveys or assessments as part of our consulting services
  • Enter into a business relationship with us

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, job title, and any other information you choose to provide. What you answer in a survey or assessment is covered by 2.2 below, separately from these contact details.

2.2 Survey and assessment data

When organizations engage our services, we collect survey responses and assessment data from their employees. This data is collected under contract with the organization and is processed in accordance with the terms agreed upon with that organization. Individual responses are kept confidential. Results are reported to the organization in a form that does not identify who answered what, and a result for a group below an agreed minimum size is not reported.

2.3 Technical data when you visit the website

This website uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The network that delivers the pages sees the technical data any web server sees when a page is requested, such as an IP address, the browser, and the page asked for, and uses it to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse. We keep no record of your visit.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Deliver our consulting, analytics, and training services
  • Generate organizational culture reports and insights
  • Improve our website and services
  • Send administrative information and service updates
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent: when you have given us explicit permission
  • Service providers: with trusted third parties who assist in operating our website and conducting our business, subject to confidentiality agreements
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

Survey and assessment data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with strict access controls. We regularly review and update our security practices.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Survey data is retained in accordance with our agreements with client organizations, typically for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up analysis.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: request deletion of your personal data
  • Restriction: request limitation of processing of your data
  • Portability: request transfer of your data to another service
  • Objection: object to processing of your personal data

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies of its own. When you choose the light or dark appearance, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage, on your device; the page works without it. We use no tracking cookies and no third party analytics.

If the network that delivers the pages ever sets a cookie for its own security purposes, we do not use it, and it is not for tracking.

9. Where data is processed

Survey and assessment data is collected, processed, and stored in Switzerland, on machines we operate, and never leaves it. Answers are stored under a code, and the key that links a code to a person never leaves Perceptium. The pages of this website are delivered through a content delivery network; the only data involved is the technical data any web server sees when a page is requested, such as an IP address. We use no analytics and set no tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
