Our perception questions ask people to weigh equally good options against each other. Preferring structure over flexibility is a preference, not a criticism, so people answer openly.
Anonymity is our duty, not a setting
Whatever a survey lets us know, no client and no leader ever learns who answered what. Protected questions, such as psychological safety, are shown only for groups.

We did not rent a survey tool. That one sentence answers most of what procurement will ask.
No external analytics, no external AI service, no survey vendor. The servers are rented from a Swiss provider in Geneva, and only we hold the keys to them.
Below the minimum group size agreed with you, five people unless we agree otherwise, a group's result is left out of every report, chart, and file we deliver.
Answers are stored under a code, never under a name or an email. The link between the code and the email sits in a separate encrypted store that only we can open, is used only to send the invitation and its reminders, and is destroyed when the engagement closes. No name ever appears next to a result.

This site loads nothing from anyone else.
We add no analytics, no tag manager, no third party fonts or scripts, and no form. When you write to us, you write an email. The pages are delivered by a hosting provider's network, as our privacy policy describes; the one thing the site keeps in your browser is whether you prefer it light or dark.
