Where it hurts

Fifteen questions leaders bring us, and what we do with each.

Pick the one closest to your situation.

Strategy and culture

Is our culture what we think it is?

We measure the culture people live and the culture they would prefer, and compare both with what the leadership intends. Person by person, so you see how much of the organization carries the intended culture and where a different one is lived.

Does our leadership team see the same strategy?

We measure how each member of the top team sees the organization and its priorities, and show where they quietly disagree. Visible disagreement can be worked through. Hidden disagreement slows everything below it.

Can two merged teams become one?

We map both realities: what each side values, how each side sees the other, and where the two pictures overlap. The integration work starts from what is shared and names what is not.

Leadership

Is this leader ready for the step up?

We compare how the leader sees themselves with how their team and peers experience them, on evidence rather than impression. Strengths, blind spots, and what to prepare before the step.

How is our new manager landing?

A few weeks in, we measure how the team experiences its new leader and how the leader thinks it is going. The gap, if there is one, is the coaching agenda.

How are our leaders actually perceived?

Each leader sees the gap between their own view and their team's view, privately and with a coach. In our experience, most leaders see this gap for the first time.

Engagement and trust

Do people feel safe to speak up?

We measure psychological safety, keep every answer instead of averaging it, and show how many people feel safe and how many do not, never who. Then we work with the team and its leader on what makes speaking up safe.

What is our engagement survey not telling us?

Your engagement score is an average, and an average hides a divided team. We measure person by person and show the pattern behind the number, without anyone being named.

Where does communication break down?

We find where information stalls and between whom: which teams see the same picture and which do not, where leaders believe a message landed and it did not.

Team

Why is this team stuck?

We measure how the team's members see themselves, each other, and their leader, and surface the friction that meetings never reach. Then we work it through with the team, with their own picture on the wall.

Will our change actually stick?

Before the change we measure what people experience and where the resistance sits. After it we measure again, so you know whether it held.

What is really driving the friction?

Surface symptoms have deeper sources: different priorities, a leader seen differently by different people, a group that does not feel safe. We measure beneath the symptom.

Retention and resilience

Why are our best people leaving?

People signal long before they resign: in engagement, in how they see their leader, in the gap between the culture they want and the one they live. We surface those signals early, while there is still time to act.

Are we burning people out?

We measure strain and engagement before they show up as absence and turnover, and show which teams carry the risk. Then we work with their leaders on the load, the support, and the recovery.

Are people coping, or just holding on?

Coping and holding on look the same from the outside. We measure the difference early, so support arrives before holding on turns into absence.

Not on the list

Your question is not here?

Most are not, exactly. Tell us what is happening and we will say honestly whether measuring it person by person would help.
